All sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our store within 24 hours and we will gladly help find a resolution. Enchanted Blooms ATL cannot offer refunds for floral arrangements that have already been made, delivered or attempted delivery to the addresses provided by clients (even if the incorrect address is given).  

A refund can be issued for arrangements that have not yet been made, usually 24-48 hours before the scheduled delivery. Please check carefully before submitting your order. If duplicate payments are made in error, this shall be rectified by management for full refund of the duplicated order.
