All sales are final.
To combat the rise in credit card fraud, we are taking every measure to safeguard our business. Our website is secure and utilizes advanced technology to detect fraudulent orders.
If your order is flagged as potentially fraudulent, you agree to provide the following:
- A photocopy of your identification (ID or driver's license) for identity verification
- A photocopy showing your name and the last four digits of the card used for payment
- Participation in a two-step verification process
You can opt for alternative payment methods to complete your order and cancel the online payment. We will reach out to you via text, email, or phone. You may be asked to provide two or all three forms of verification, which must be confirmed before delivery or pickup. Please provide your contact number as the sender.
If we are unable to contact you or you refuse to verify your identity and card ownership, your order will be canceled, and you will receive a refund.
Alternative payment options include Zelle, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Venmo. Please call us at 404-599-3725 for instructions.
Failure to comply may result in a ban from future orders.
As of May 5th, we have implemented a two-step verification process for all orders to prevent fraud.
For pickup orders:
If you are dissatisfied with your order at the time of pickup, please voice your concerns immediately so we can address them promptly. Accepting flowers without expressing any issues indicates your complete satisfaction.
For deliveries:
You have 24 hours from the time of delivery to report any concerns. The flowers must be in the same condition as when they were delivered. We will work with you to find a resolution.

Enchanted Blooms ATL reserves the right to request proof of identification at any time to prevent fraudulent orders, scams, and chargebacks.
