Orders will be a 'florist's choice' mix of flowers. Photo is representative of a small centerpiece. Bouquets will be presented wrapped in water-proof paper with a hydration bag. Centerpieces will be designed in a rotating selection of vessels.
At checkout, you will select the first delivery day for the flowers, enter a personalized note, and enter all of your recipients delivery information at checkout.
Your subscription concierge will send you a follow-up email to collect the remaining preferred delivery days and allow you to provide personalized notes for each delivery.
Delivery: We'll call the recipient to coordinate delivery so as to ensure a seamless delivery process and the freshest flowers possible. If no one is available to receive the flowers upon attempted delivery, a second delivery fee will be applied to the credit card on your order and we will reschedule the delivery. Please note we do not leave flowers outside unless instructed. Sender accepts responsibility if flowers are damaged or stolen as a result. Cancellation: A 7 day notice of cancellation will be honored and refunded in full to the credit card used for payment on orders less than $500. After the 7-day grace period, no refunds will be issued. We reserve the right to determine which refunds will be issued in full on a case-by-case basis.
